HYDROPel supplied in granule form suitable for extrusion and injection molding applications. HydroPel has very specific technical, physical and mechanical characteristics much better than those of PE and PP. But above all, it is characterised by its water solubility and biodegradability. HYDROLENE is watersoluble above a specific temperature (W.S.T. - Water Solubility Temperature). The WST characteristic can be varied according to the specific application. The material is completely inert, if it comes in contact with traditional solvents (benzines, toluenes, nitrosolvents, oils, greases & thinners). It is impermeable to gases, vapours and odours with a barrier effect remarkably higher than that of EVA. |
